Last weekend we drove up to Lake Hartwell to see the lake in the fall. The leaves weren't quite at peak yet, but we had a great, relaxing weekend.
Pretty Leaves Mason learned to cast Then threw his pole in the water We went to a train museum Walkin' down to the lake with Nana Fishing with a recovered fishing pole Calling for the fishes (like Ernie) CAUGHT ONE!
Here are a few funny pics of what's been going on around here...

Last weekend we went up to the mountains for my friend Delaine's wedding and to pick apples. The wedding was great! Mason had a blast dancing :)
Getting his groove on Me and Delaine
The apple picking was perfect! The weather was cool and crisp. My parents and best friend Kim, her husband and daughter joined us. We did have to walk quite a bit to find the "good ones" but still had a great time. Mason ate 3 whole apples while we picked. We also picked out a pumpkin and played on the playground they have. I love this place and recommend it to anyone interested in picking apples at a kid-friendly place! This has become an annual trip for us and we had a great time as usual. :)
Picking the first apple! Mason and Erin The first of 3 :) Riding in the wagon (starting apple #3) Looking for pumpkins (note apple #3) Cheese (with apple in hand) :) Blanton's at Skytop 2010
